We are delighted to present our annual report 2025/26. Across 24 pages, we share what we have achieved over the past year – together with the communities around the farming families growing organic cotton.
For 29 years, the bioRe Foundation has been committed to building resilient smallholder farming communities through a holistic approach. Lack of water, poor access to healthcare and education, degraded soils and climate change all threaten the health and future prospects of local communities, as well as the productivity of organic cotton farming. Shaping our work around the needs of these communities, we foster enabling conditions for better livelihoods and sustainable development. These include health, diversified income opportunities, healthy soils and access to education. This is also a prerequisite for the long-term viability of organic farming, particularly with regards to cotton.
The new annual report also features highlights, challenges and a look ahead to 2027, when we will celebrate our 30th anniversary.
All this is always thanks to your support – we hope you enjoy an interesting and inspiring read!
